BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CUM SALES EXECUTIVE
Should be able to handle field sales, appointing dealers and distributors for setting up the distribution network
Able to do market research, analysis and study competitor’s data
Should be able to handle survey teams, conduct farming training programs and handle farmer clients
Handling and coordinating in the events, exhibitions, outlet, and factory and office team
Participating in the campaigns and providing feedback to the in house and marketing team
Should be able to build strong network connections to create brand rapo
Create a good market hold, developing a strong market network.
Provide services after the dispatch as well
Analyzing products and creating a unique pricing strategy
Should able to execute the plans made for the field team and check its efficiency
Should follow the proper reporting system and able to complete/ achieve the target which are given to them
Product positioning, packaging and necessary tools to promote sales
Supply Chain Management.
Conducting training and Campaigns for creating the brand awareness
• Handling day to day Activity of accounting like Sales, All billing data entry in Tally.
• Handling Data Entry and GST Work, preparing and Submitting GST -R1, GST -R2, GST-R3B and GST -R4 Return.
• Handling HSN Code and Stock Related Quires with GST Tax Slab
• Issuing Sales Invoices & Entering Purchase Invoices with E-way Bill
• Daily Accounting Works Including Expense Booking & Vouching.
• Handling Account Finalization, Internal Audit and Audit Work.
• Analysis of Debtors and Creditors Viz. Ageing, Recovery Period, Balance Confirmation Procedures; Review Bank Reconciliations and Balance Confirmation Procedures
• Making Trading Account, P & L Account and Balance Sheet
• Income Tax Return.
• Maintaining all Accounting Records & Cash Book
• Handling Loan Proposal and Stock Report for Bank
• Statutory Complaints and Audit Quires.
• Should Know About PTRC, PTEC, ITR, Tax Law, Inventory, ESIC, TDS, Payment Vouchers and Legal Expenses.
• Able to Make Financial Plan, Business Plan, Start-up Cost Funding, Projected Profit & Loss.
• Make Business Ratio On the Basis of Important Assumptions.
• Handling Legal Documents, Position and Documentation & Knowledge About Roc.
